How do I store an e-bike securely outside?

Why standard outdoor storage is not enough for e-bikes
E-bikes are significantly more valuable than standard bikes, which makes secure outdoor storage both more important and harder to get right. A standard lock attached to a street rack is not adequate for a bike worth 2,000 euros or more, and neither is a basic covered shelter.
The key requirements for e-bike storage are full enclosure, a certified locking system, and enough interior space to fit the bike without removing the battery or bending the frame. E-bikes are typically heavier and longer than standard bikes, so dimensions and access ease matter as much as security.

How Fietshangar handles e-bikes
Fietshangar accommodates bikes up to 2.1 metres long, including e-bikes and two-person bikes. Its patented high-low parking system staggers bikes at different heights, making it easy to wheel in and out without lifting. The locking system carries SKG-IKOB KE 470 certification, the only outdoor bike storage product in the market to hold this standard.
For e-bike users in apartments or terraced housing without indoor storage, a shared Fietshangar on the street is currently the most practical and secure outdoor option available. Several Dutch cities operate managed programmes where residents can rent a space from their municipality.
